Whether you’re a complete vintage junkie or just like to dabble with the odd accessory the vintage fair is definitely worth a trip during your time in Nottingham. It features stalls upon stalls of antique goodies including clothes, accessories and crockery; there’s even a beauty salon for those fancying a cheeky makeover for the day. Now digging through all those rails can be very thirsty work so it’s definitely worth having a sit down at the vintage tea party also featured which serves up a range of delicious cupcakes and tea in very adorable vintage china. And the best part is it’s all very affordable so perfect for the students of Nottingham looking to add a bit of retro style to their wardrobe without breaking the bank.
The vintage fair visited Nottingham this weekend (27.10.2013). But don’t be too disheartened if you missed this one because the vintage fair comes to the Albert hall 4-5 times a year with the next one being on the 7th of December. If you simply cannot wait that long for your vintage fix head down to Hockley (Down the side of Zara in the city centre). There is an array of vintage shops including cow vintage, A vintage obsession, white rose and many more that are great for a little rummage around.
Happy Shopping and we hope to see you strutting your best Vintage finds around campus !
